I recently worked with LAB Renovations to completely re-do a condo I recently purchased. Lamoy was receptive to my ideas and vision for the space during the initial walk-through and was able to give me accurate feedback on the scope of the work, cost, and other ideas he offered to incorporate. Despite some delays in the project as can be expected with any contracting work, Lamoy and his team remained on top of the project and maintained clear communication with me throughout their time in my space. They were creative around challenges in the space and flexible with changes we made along the way. The end result looks even better than imagined and I believe the cost of the project is consistent with the quality and value of the work. Overall, I am very happy with the work LAB has done and would recommend them for any projects you may be considering in your home. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I hired LAB as a general contractor for my townhome rental. The tenants left it an absolute disaster and I needed it all repaired before I could put it on the market for sale. My property is 1400 sq feet which he and his team painted the interior in its entirety (walls, cabinets, trim, etc), fixed holes, installed a new carpet, and handled other odd jobs within the unit. And he did it all in just a few weeks, meeting my timeline. I was not only able to get on the market in time but I also received offers within just a few days of going live. LAB’s communication is top tier…he kept me updated throughout the entire process and also answered any question I had immediately despite me being 3 hours behind his time zone. No matter what time I reached out, he was always responsive. The painting, carpentry, deep cleaning, and just his work in general is of high quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competitively priced contractor.
