I really like the work Caio and his helpers did on one of my projects and very impressive how fast they got the job done, the entire 1st floor and a laundry room upstairs really nice guy and very helpful with picking materials, he’s also going to do painting for me.

Work quality was excellent and done in a timely manner.
Professionalism is another thing. The night before the project was expected to start Caio informs me his brother will be doing the work and this is what they do all the time. Without ever notifying me of this plan. Another thing no written agreement of work to be done, even asking me "what price did I say." Also saying that I agreed on one part needed that was added into the floor, but never went over pricing. Now his brother helped himself going into my cabinets and making himself a Keurig cup of coffee, leaving two bags of trash on my front lawn, leaving the panel cover off my electrical box, leaving the washing machine unplugged. Along with leaving my door unlocked. Caio came the last day to finish without any issues. However his brother that represents him does him no justice.
