Jose and his team were very quick to respond to my message on Thumbtack! We wanted to refinish and stain 6 rooms total before we moved into our new home, so we were in a time crunch. Jose and his team understood the assignment and came out the next day and finished the whole project in two full days. They did an amazing job (see the attached before, during and after)! They were so helpful in picking out a new stain color, they cleaned up after themselves and the price he quoted me was beyond fair and is exactly what he charged me. As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect but this experience was phenomenal. Would recommend Lourenco Floors a million times over!!

Jose and his crew did a great job on my floors. They look beautiful! I was getting the house ready for new tenants and they came right away. At first I was going to do only two rooms that had damage, but Jose offered me an option to do the whole house and gave me a great price. The crew was very responsive to my requests while the work and other work in the house was ongoing. The new floors have 3 coats of polyurethane finish (the previous finish was water-based) and will last for years to come. Thanks, Jose and crew!
