Hire without hesitation! Brisa Cleaning Services is UH-MA-ZING and exceeds expectations. Communication is great and they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The owners are professional, hard working, thorough and they take pride in their work. Walking into my house following the initial deep clean, I was immediately addicted to the SPARKLE! I love my home more than ever and I’m even inspired to (try to) maintain the standard of spotless excellence between visits! In homes of family members, I’ve seen the work of several cleaning services; all were so very disappointing (I certainly wouldn’t hire any of these companies). So, for years, I was doubtful of hiring anyone to clean my house, until finally (I was desperate), I took a chance. I contacted a few companies on Thumbtack and they all, except one, got back to me quickly and emailed quotes. However, went with Brisa, that company that responded WITHOUT a quote, for two reasons. 1. their approach to new clients: personalized & personable…instead of emailing a random quote (like the rest), the owners took the time to stop my house. This not only allowed them to provide a thoughtful, customized quote tailored to my specific needs/requests, but, paramount to this, it was an opportunity to meet the two individuals who would be in my home and who would, in all reality, have access to the treasures I value most. Reason 2: the reviews they netted… there were lots, and each & every one was great. Add me to their fan club! My only regret in hiring Brisa Cleaning Service is that I waited so long!!!!
