Which also includes the value and punctuality. I don't have before and after pictures but they did a beautiful job. I felt safe with them, unjudged, and motivated by their ability to bring my home back to my expectation of it. I'm 68 and unable to take care of it as I have in the past. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for service, based on a calculation I make for the number of rooms, state of cleanliness of the house, frequency of cleaning and items that the customer wants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as the client gets in touch, we schedule a day for the client to get to know me and introduce me to the house, which he needs me to do. On that day I give the value of the service and as soon as the customer is ready, we schedule the first cleaning.
Usually the first cleaning is a deep cleaning. The one that requires more work time, consequently is charged more for this service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since my childhood, my mother taught how to clean and organize the house.
And for the last 3 years, I work every day cleaning houses.
