I took BodyByDre's 30 Day Challenge and saw definite results. The exercises outlined in the book were clear, even having accompanying video tutorials for each exercise. I felt like I could get a quality workout that was exactly challenging enough for me and my personal level in a short period of time. Since the workouts did not require any equipment, I could do them at home if I couldn't find time to go to the gym. I actually started incorporating the 10-20 minute sessions into my gym routine as well and I felt a lot stronger and fit at the end of the 30 days then at the beginning.Feb 19, 2020

Andre Aiken is one of the most motivating, influential, and charismatic trainers that i have every had. He constructs each workout with precise detail and continuity. He makes everything fun and makes you forget how hard the exercises are. He even takes the time to get down and get sweaty with you. There is no one better than him and I mena that with the upmost respect. He helped me loose iver 20 lbs and get both the body and confidence i needed. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually get to know a customer's goals and then schedule a call with the said customer to get more details on how I can help them achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m currently a Certified Fitness Trainer, an Online Fitness Coach that specializes in bodyweight HIIT, a Group Exercise Instructor, a bestselling Kindle Author, an F45 Coach, and an Adjunct Professor. I have two Exercise Science Degrees 📜 , I’ve written two books, and I have an online fitness business to add more value to people that I can’t train in person! My experience ranges from working with PT patients as a physical therapy aide to training firefighters to get stronger and save lives more efficiently 👨🏽🚒!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It was a combination of insecurity and motivation from my younger siblings and also the shows I used to watch as a kid. I was a skinny kid growing up and I wanted to be strong and able to defend myself and my loved ones like Goku from Dragon Ball Z. So I decided enough was enough and I began to train every day. After the age of 14, I began to gain 10 lbs of muscle each year and then I earned the nickname "BodyByDre"! My life became way better after I got stronger. Afterward, I decided to uplift others and get them stronger too.
