- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing, however, every job is different. If we were to be on location to install a new faucet, there is a set price, but if we go to install the faucet and the valves are bad, of course then the price would change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The appointments are allotted a 2 hour window. Should the customer find the quote reasonable, we will begin the work right then, unless additional materials are required, in which we would then schedule a day to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed plumbing technicians.
