- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two different prices for our packages Traditional Photo Booth - Prints Starting at $399 (2 hour minimum) We offer traditional printed photos with up to 4 pictures taken for each on 4x6 photo paper. Prints can be shared with guests digitally via AirDrop. Props are included in this package. Backdrops are optional. And of course, all images are customized to your event! Digital Photo Booth - No Prints Starting at $349 (2 hour minimum) We offer a digital package with no prints for a reduced rental cost compared to our traditional package. You will still get up to 4 photos on each photo. Props. Guests will have the option of receiving the photos via AirDrop or SMS. All images will be supplied in a digital library. NEW: Digital backdrops with AI technology, we can design and add digital backdrops to your photo. This allows for setup in smaller spaces! For best use with up to 4 guests at one time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will consult with you to understand your requirements and preferences for your photo booth experience. This could include details such as the event theme, color scheme, backdrops, and any logos or branding that must be included. Based on your requirements, we will create a design(s) for the event. This could involve using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Figma to create a custom layout, adding text, creating overlays, and incorporating any images or logos provided by you. Once the design is complete, we will share it for review and approval. You may request up to three (3) revisions or changes, which we will make before finalizing the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Giggly's Photo Booth, we believe education and training are important aspects of providing exceptional service to our clients. In terms of education, I have completed a Google UX Design Professional Certificate course, which has helped me to better understand how to design user-friendly and engaging experiences for our clients and their guests. I also have a B.A. in Business Administration from Post University. We believe that the best training comes from the experiences we gain from interacting with our clients and guests through the various events we have done. Each event is unique, and we are constantly learning and improving our services to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
