We recently hired Patrick and his team to help us convert half of our house into a separate apartment. The main challenge was closing off the central doorway to properly divide the two units. Patrick came up with a great design that not only solved the problem but looks amazing even before painting. Throughout the process, he was extremely responsible and took the time to fully understand our vision. It’s rare to find a contractor who listens so well.
