- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My most complicated pricing is the initial price. I try my hardest to be fair. Most of my pricing is just my services. Photo prints, I have found when researching are marked up unbelievable amounts. I understand making money to support your family but I do not believe in taking advantage of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is from start to finish. I find that I work beyond the means of my customers. For weddings, I general start and hour and half before ceremony and finish after the cake cutting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly looking and learning.. watching videos. reading.. getting new ideas. Knowledge is power.
