- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing covers a non-refundable booking fee, service of photographing your event, editing your photos, and delivering them to you. I do not charge for travel within 20 miles of Bethel, CT, and after that, we can negotiate a price for travel or stay. I offer family, friends (10% off), and referral (5% off) discounts which must be discussed before booking, but cannot apply to any travel costs. You cannot combine offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial quote, I like to have a conversation about what the client is looking for. This can happen through an email exchange or a phone call. We can go through a schedule, get to know each other a little, and then book the event! I will then email you a contract which protects both of our rights, and after the contract is signed and returned with the non-refundable booking fee you are officially booked!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my undergraduate in Digital and Interactive Media Arts, where I specialized in photography. I have 4 years of event photography experience, and 2 years of wedding photography experience.
