We needed to keep the paint in good repair, scraping of peeling areas, attention to damaged window frames, replacing of some 2 by 4's, detail work with attention to detail and appreciation for the 120 year-old house. Mr. Guin looked in great detail and sent us a crew that included a carpenter. Their work was outstanding and their charges incredibly reasonable. Each person was a pleasure to work with, the site was left clean and the job exceeded our expectations. Great people to work with.
