- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project goals, budget, and timeline. When needed, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the work and answer any questions. After the consultation, we provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, maintain clear communication throughout the job, and complete the work with attention to detail while keeping the work area clean and organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joshua has more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience in residential and commercial carpentry, remodeling, and finish work. His experience includes framing, finish carpentry, drywall, doors, trim, decks, remodeling, and tenant improvements. He is committed to continuing professional development and following industry best practices to deliver quality workmanship.
