- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for service is based on the task at hand. I charge on an hourly basis and my clients may choose from several packages. Package 1 - Hourly (good for periodic use of my services). Package 2 - Reduced Hourly Rate with a minimum of 5 hours per week. Package 3 - Greatly Reduced Hourly Rate with a minimum of 10 hours per week. Package 4 - Fixed Rate for ongoing maintenance billed monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I thirst for knowledge and am always researching new and innovative ideas/techniques on the web. I keep up-to-date on technology and take courses online or at the local college to keep up on the ever changing landscape of office management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved working on projects and learning new things, and when my current employer decided to expand her business, she asked if I would be her "right hand" in getting things off the ground. I found so much satisfaction in helping her get started and the business is growing so much, she often says to me "I don't know how all of this would get done without you". I've also heard her say to her clients "You need a Carol". It feels so good to be needed and appreciated.
