- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should discuss first what they want and when they need it. Then what their budget is. Then I can see if we can do everything they want within the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to text or email or speech on the phone. I let the client choose which form they prefer to communicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate, I have business experience and I am attending Paul Mitchell cosmetology school. I have 30 years hands on experience with hair, face, make up and nails. I am well rounded with a lot of education and experience.
