(review written in two parts; update below) She did not even come to my house. Her response time is awful and I kept trying to call her and text her to figure out what the situation was. She parked in the parking lot and was confused on how to pay for parking so I kept trying to walk her step by step on how to do it and give her alternatives for parking if the pay booths weren’t working but she was not answering any of my calls and was not answering my texts. At 12:40, 40 minutes after my cleaning was supposed to start, she just texted me back saying “unfortunately it didn’t work” and then left. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. And time is the exact reason why I wanted to hire a cleaning lady in the first place. Very upset with this experience and how Andreia handled this situation. It could have been solved in 5 minutes if she just picked up her phone when I called 7 different times (2 within the Thumbtack app) with enough patience and grace to help her. [UPDATE] - I have uploaded screenshots of our messages with time stamps to prove I’m not lying. Plus the call log with how many times I called with no answer. I’m not sure why she has responded to my review with all this talk about God and faith and me lying and basically saying I’m not a good person because I decided to share my truth on her profile. I had been extremely nice with her the entire way. I even offered to reimburse her for parking.
