Kim just finished deep cleaning my apartment. She did a fabulous job and I think she is so patient and understanding of my disability. She was thorough and she did everything I asked her to clean. My furniture and floors are shiny. She’s a very hard working woman and I will use her again. She does not disappoint.

Great job! Was a pleasure to have. Worked extremely hard and the end result was phenomenal. She is extremely personable and was easy to have in my home. My house that she cleaned hadn’t been lived in for almost a year and had to be prepped for my 9 month nephew to come in for the holidays. Comfortable and confident he will have a pleasant stay there because of Dainty Homes.

Honestly I’m so disappointed. She showed interest and would text back. She told me that she was going to go at 1pm and now she’s not answering my texts nor my calls. I highly recommend not booking this company, very unprofessional. I was so excited for this and is the fact that she doesn’t take the time to explain or say that we need to reschedule because maybe something came up. I wish I could give zero stars. It was not a pleasant experience how the other reviews made it seem!
