I've had my feelers out for a couple of days looking for a mold specialist to help me get rid of the various molds in my basement and bathroom. From the first email and phone conversation I trusted Dave. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. He was able to treat the mold the same day he gave the quote. His team was just as pleasant as he was. Now that the basement has been done I can really notice the difference in the air in the downstairs of my home, it's scary I barely noticed how bad it was before getting treated. Dave called me while he was doing the job to let me know my dog (who was locked up stairs) was crying and even offered to walk him. Green Home Solutions well exceeded my expectations of customer service and professionalism. So glad I went with them!

David and his team are extraordinary, and I cannot recommend them enough for a quality mold remediation. David provided me with a thorough initial assessment of my space, and he took the time to explain and educate me. David Robles is the real deal. If you have ANY issues or concerns he goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. You get the impression dealing with Dave that he really cares about his customers well being. I would recommmend doing business with David if you have an issue with mold or air quality in your home. He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to make sure you feel safe in your own home.

From the beginning very quick to respond and in following up. David and his affiliates/staff were very professional, accommodating and provided good suggestions/resources . They provided a thorough explanation of the process and ensured that we had a full understanding. They also did a thorough job including wiping down areas affected and cleaning where necessary all within the time frame specified. They took into consideration the sense of urgency and our specific circumstances. David also followed up after completion of the job. We would strongly recommend David and Green Home Solutions along with the companies referred to us by David to help us resolve the underlying cause(s) of our mold problem to prevent it from re-occurring.
