- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free roof inspections with no obligation. If your roof has storm, wind, or hail damage, your homeowner's insurance may cover the full cost of repair or replacement — meaning you could pay little to nothing out of pocket. We handle the entire insurance claim process for you. For out-of-pocket work, repairs start around $500 and full replacements average $15,000-$30,000 depending on size and materials. Detailed written estimates provided before any work begins. Financing options also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection we come to you, assess the roof, and document everything with photos. We then provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work efficiently, and do a final walkthrough with the homeowner before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF Master Elite certified a designation held by less than 2% of roofing contractors in the US. Our team is fully licensed and insured in Connecticut and New York, and we hold a BBB A-Rating. Ongoing training on the latest roofing materials and installation techniques.
