FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do benchmark against the industry standards for the type of work in a particular area. This way we know we are in the right ball park for where costs should. Of course every business has its own structure and needs. We do not aim to be the cheapest or the most expensive but to give the best value for the task at hand. We are right where we need to be and where the customer needs us to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a phone call. Then we discuss the project and go over basic ideas. Generally we move into emailing pictures and ideas back and forth to narrow things down. Sometimes video conferencing as well. Of course there is a site visit once things are narrowed down. The site visit can come first depending on what the project is. With todays technology it is amazing how much can be done with emails, phone calls, texting and video conversations. It also saves a lot of time and makes things very convenient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around it and in it most of my life. My family and friends have taught me almost everything I know. We try to also keep up with continuing education. Always learning new products and new techniques.
