I initially hired a bartender, but later I added two servers from What's On The Menu for a birthday party at my home. Prior to the event, I contacted Rich several times with many questions about my event planning, and he was always very responsive; with great and very helpful advice. On the day of the event, all three team members arrived on time and were very helpful in getting us set up for the party. They were thoughtful, polite, professional and diligent. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The whole process is a learning experience at times, both for the client as well as myself. Lots of questions, lots of listening, and lots exploring. Digging to find the needs, wants, likes, and dislikes are what makes a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have three decades of experience! I have not only been a participant, but an observer of what to do and what not to do at events. The best education is that of experience and doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?My customers have run the spectrum. From Titans of industry to the Party Planner to the Housewife to the spouse who wants to do something nice for their love.
