We hired Jorge to repair concrete on the house and in the garage, to paint the house and install a new garage door. Jorge and his crew were very efficient and completed the job in one day. I am very happy with the results and would consider Jorge for any future projects. He is truly a "jack-of-all trades"

Hired Alby's Masonry for repair work in August 2017. They were very cordial, professional and hard working from beginning to end. Alby and company have impeccable attention to detail and a work ethic second to none. The final result was a beautiful patio and walkway. Alby's will be our go-to for future work!

I hired Allan to repair some crumbled concrete stairs and a foundation crack on the exterior of my home. He came to take a look and give me an estimate within one day of my request and was able to complete the project only a couple days later. Allan was on time, courteous, and the work was done perfectly. He also repaired a few extra cracks in our concrete foundation while he was here that we didn't even ask for - and the price stayed the same as what he quoted, which was absolutely reasonable. I am a hard guy to please and I would recommend Allan highly. Thank you!

We have an old cottage with a dirt floor basement which, for insurance purposes, we unexpectedly needed to finish with concrete right around Christmas. John was super responsive, true to his initial quote even though the job required extra work (bobcat to transport concrete, building sled down bulkhead stairs), and professional. Really helped me out with a difficult situation right during the holidays.

It's important to first mention that Ismael @ Hard and Land was 100% reliable, communicative, and professional. It's a rarity that a contractor is on time, calls when they say they are going to, and completes a job exactly as you expected with no headaches. He is also very professional and respectful. I requested a contractor to do a walkway and step repair that involved adding concrete to pitch the walk way as well as reset stones in concrete to repair the settled steps. Ismael was the only contractor that responded wanting to come out and see what needed to be done before offering a quote. He came out and offered a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and I felt his pricing was very reasonable. He came out and did the job Saturday and it came out great. I highly recommend Hard and Land.

Replaced a broken walkway and stairs and repaired decaying concrete steps. Everything came out great. What a difference. Only complaint was the timeline took longer than we expected. Sometimes that's just what happens with such a popular contractor. I'd post pictures if everything wasn't, you know, buried under snow.

Segundo Morquecho did an outstanding job in repairing our walkway by redesigning a portion of it, replacing other cracked tiles, and patching the cement. He gave me an honest assessment of the permanence of the repair and was very reasonable in the pricing of the job. Segundo was polite, a pleasure to work with, and so very talented. Our neighbor, after seeing his fine work, decided to hire him to repair his walkway. I know that we will definitely hire Segundo Morquecho the next time we need any type of masonry work.

We hired 360 Property Care LLC to paint our front porch, back porch, and foundation. They also made a repair in the concrete of the front porch. Unlike a painting company, we were able to buy our own paint, which reduced the cost some. No scraping was offered, so my fiancee did that himself. We are happy with the result of the power washing, priming, and paint. In order to give us a way into our house, they ended up coming out four times, and after every time everything was cleaned up thoroughly. There was no paint dropped at all, including on our plants. We modified the original job some, and the adjusted price was reasonable. Just make sure to pay in cash to avoid a 4% fee.

My seawall needed repair. Bruce contacted me promptly, came to look at the project, told me what the repair required and prepared an estimate which I received the next day. The estimate listed the cost of labor and the materials needed for the repair. He answered any questions I had thoroughly. I additionally asked him to repair uneven cement steps and he poured new steps that created a safe access to the beach. Bruce is professional, reliable and personable. I recommended him to my neighbor for seawall repair and we both are very pleased with his work. Bruce follows up and communicates his plans regarding a project. I heartily recommend him. He is reliable and a man of integrity.

Chris has worked on my "flat" roof several times -- it is rolled rubber now (formerly asphalt which continuously failed) because of him and his Dad determining rubber to be the best solution to the continuous leaking I had my family had experienced since 1947 when the house was built. The roof he and his Dad installed (SW Debbs LLC) is protecting my 1947 "modern" house with a roof that looks flat but is efficiently pitched. The roof on this house always presented problems with its asphalt coating used over decades -- major leaks and interior damage had consistently occurred. Chris and his father installed rolled rubber to remedy the situation. They also discovered through close examination that some seepage was occurring via eroded concrete on a decorative parapet. They applied material that stopped this water seepage efficiently. What a relief to find someone who would not walk away from a challenge -- someone who stuck with the problem until it was solved satisfactorily! Rare! Most recently Chris and his Dad repaired a portion of the "flat" roof that had been installed (before I met them) by another contractor. They adjusted the slight pitch of that portion of the roof to channel the run-off efficiently, installed insulation which had not been done previously, and re-installed rolled rubber properly. Again, a long-standing problem was diagnosed and solved at a reasonable cost. Chris is efficient, on time, focused, friendly, and totally reliable. He gets the job done at a reasonable price. I am currently renovating a colonial house from the 1790s, and I intend to have the roof rebuilt and replaced by Chris' company. I know him to be honest, hard-working, dependable, and determined to solve problems and produce robust results. I offer my highest recommendation!
