We have been in the business for close to 30 years now. We employ well trained CSIA Certified Chimney Sweeps for our cleaning and inspections. We employ master masons for our masonry repair. I made an appointment for chimney sweep and to obtain a quote for some work our chimney needs. Someone called the day before to confirm. The two guys showed up within the designated window of time, introduced themselves and shook our hands, put down drop cloths before they walked through our house, cleaned up the tiny mess they made (you wouldn’t even know they had been there), were very professional, and super knowledgeable. About thirty minutes after they left I received two emails: one was a receipt and one was the quotes with pictures and explanations. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again next year.

As opposed to the last company I hired, they attempted and succeeded in reinstalling my chimney cap that had blown off; the other company didn’t even measure the cap or check for damage before saying they couldn’t and wouldn’t reinstall it at the same time as my cleaning. Very pleased about that! Whole process very easy!
