Demetrius was great. I was in a bind on a home improvement project and he gave me an estimate the same day. When I hired him because it was a time sensitive floor repair,he arranged his schedule and completed the work in one day plus corrected a couple other issues he observed and could take care of on the spot. He worked steadily cleaned up the work and prep areas as you would expect from a Pro. I would definitely use him again.

I hired DLD Home Improvements LLC to replace a porch. After interviewing numerous contractors I was lead to believe by Demitrius (the owner) that he could do a quality job for a fair price. To acquire the job he reaffirmed his 17 year experience and presented himself professionally.
Unfortunately the finished product was less than substandard. This might be due to his lack of integrity and professionalism. The craftsmanship was poor. The wood used was warped and riddled with imperfections. The porch is unsafe as well as an eyesore.
The Hartford Assistant Building Official cited 8 violations on the porch.
