Ken has EXCEEDED all our expectations. We had multiple cleaning people and always a female. We were very reluctant to hire a guy but after reading reviews we decided to hire Ken. I am so happy that we did, as he has done an incredible job - even BETTER than any of our female cleaners. He cleaned areas that none of our other cleaners did and our house smells amazing. He is very thorough, has great attention to detail and I can honestly say that our house has never been this clean. I would highly recommend Ken to any of my friends and family. He is honest, personable and a truly fantastic at his job.

Overall it was a good experience with hiccups along the way. There was some miscommunication between the main office and field employees even though the information was properly relayed during booking the job. Price ended up being $50 more than quoted with different stories about why there was an added charge (cleaners stated there was a basement that was not mentioned during booking even though I stated 2 stories but main office they told me it was because my husband needed the boiler room cleaner, but all the cleaners did was sweep a 5x5 space). Not really sure what the facts were but the job was done.

Mathew showed up on time and did a thorough job cleaning our gutters. His rate was very reasonable and I expect to hire him again next fall.

They were great. We had a one time clean because we just moved in and they got to work right away. There were 3 cleaners and they spent 3 hours. The place was spotless by the time they left. Thanks Maria!

As I have lived in my home for 30 years, I have hired carpet and furniture cleaners quite a few times. I have had some good experiences and some not as good. I have to say that this was the best, most thorough cleaning I have ever experienced. Ben arrived on time, reviewed the job and began to set up immediately. He explained what he was going to do and what he needed and got right to work. The team was the most professional and efficient I have seen. One of the reasons I hired them was the reviews on this site, and they lived up to and exceeded my expectations. They were reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. I will hire them again next time. Thank you again.

I needed windows cleaned on the top floor of my building, and Clear View Window Cleaning was the only company (apparently!) able to do this job. The windows now look great, inside and out, and the cleaners were very professional and thorough. Excellent work.

Leon's Cleaning was an amazing find. Michelle went far and beyond most cleaners are willing to accomodate homeowners. Michelle and Jr's team deep cleaned my home and basement including every window of my home for a very competitive price. They did miss few areas but given the size of the home, it is understandable. What made me forget the negatives was how Michelle was willing to fix anything she had missed on and receptive to our feedback.

Heavily stained carpet cleaned to almost new. Window washing - they did a great job, worked fast, and did everything possible to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction for a very fair price.

I started using TLK Cleaning Service in November of 2016. I have a small office that they clean weekly. I am super picky and interviewed several candidates before selecting TLK. I am very happy that I chose them. I went over my expectations with the owner in the beginning and have never had an issue with tasks being incomplete or done poorly. I would like to point out to due to my picky standards, I went through 3 different cleaners in under 2 years time. Recommend trying TLK. Thanks.

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much is commercial window cleaning?

The national average cost to clean windows is $120-$170. Typically, window washing for commercial spaces costs less per window than residential window washing, but has a higher overall price because the greater number of windows. Commercial window cleaning companies may charge a standard rate per window — for example, $3 to clean the exterior only, with a higher rate of $4 or $5 to also clean the interior. There may be an additional charge, such as an extra $1 per window, for scrubbing off water stains or deep-cleaning window tracks. Double-hung windows require more labor and will therefore cost more to clean. Companies may charge a flat rate, such as $8 per double-hung window or $9 per French door, to account for the added work. Building height will play a factor in window washing costs. Standard cleaning for one- and two-story buildings will typically stay within the same range, but cleaning high-rise windows may entail special safety permits and equipment, which would increase costs. Your location will also affect window washing costs. Smaller towns and areas with a lower cost to do business will have lower window cleaning rates than large cities.
