We haven’t had the service yet, but have booked for February, 2024. So far, all of the communication has been excellent, as is the service fee. We have given a deposit and will give the balance on the designated date.

We used E’s van service for pickup from NYC cruise terminal to our home in CT. Our driver was on time, friendly and professional. We arrived to our location quickly and safely. My husband and I highly recommend E’s Van and will definitely be using going forward for any travel.

I couldn't have asked for a better limousine service they were fantastic . He was there about 10 minutes before we had to leave got us to the airport in more than enough time even with all the traffic. Picking up was no exception. Enoch was punctual and if he got stuck in traffic he let us know in advance he was just the best . Very personable and made you feel very comfortable. I love the service I will use them over and over and over again you couldn't ask for a better person to take you to where you have to go

E drove us to and from the New York City ship terminal. He was professional, yet friendly. His van is immaculate, and he carefully put our luggage inside. He played soft music throughout the trip. My only concern was his driving speed. There were times he seemed to drive extremely fast, following other cars right to their taillights. It made me nervous, and several times I asked him to slow down, which he did. E also went out of his way to stop and let us pick up our small dog at the kennel. That was very appreciated. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Thanks 😊 I told you I wasn't speeding going with going traffic 60 to 70 and you didn't ask me several times to slow down when you got in you were already nervous and you said that you were a side seat driver. You asked me 1 time to slow down that was on the way home from pickup location i told you I was going 60 in 55 isn't speeding their was other cars flying around us almost hitting us then u said tailgating how I kept my distance but people will cut you off n don't care then jam on brakes or go slower then you. I know I got customer in the vehicle why would I be speeding n tailgating . I want to gain your business not loss or no recommendation for other people.

Great job and the affordability on such short notice was amazing! Party bus was clean, equipped with Bluetooth for us to choose the music and was a lovely way to add a little extra to the celebration.
