I am a Clinical Social Worker and Crisis Clinician with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based — I believe that lasting change happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered. I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Family Systems work. I also integrate trauma-informed care and mindfulness strategies where appropriate. In our sessions, you can expect a balance of thoughtful listening, validation, and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. I am certified to provide Crisis Intervention with coaching with Families with children and teens behavioral issues
