- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can be flexible at times but, once settled our price is our price and clients need to be realistic about the out come and neglect of there carpets... After putting them on a bi-yearly schedule, they become happier and happier with the results...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and walk the premise(s). I tell them what will and might not come out,. We talk price, come to a agreement, book the job and do or do the job right then and there for most residential jobs....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Western Connecticut State University and majored in business in the Ancelle school of business; "The customer's always right"!!! Well, most times, unless they're unrealistic....
