Introduction: I have been in the carpet and furniture cleaning business for a long time(over 30 yrs)!!! I have tried other carpet cleaning systems and none are as effective as mine... I don't steam clean!!! That's the worst, pumping gallons and gallons of water in your carpets... Where not only are the carpets saturated with water but the backing of your carpets and the padding underneath gets wet!!! That's why your carpets take between 8 and 12 hours to dry. Meanwhile the padding underneath your carpets can stay wet for 3 months!!! I use the system that emulsifies the dirt, which is a fancy word for turning the dirt into liquid. Then I absorb it in a cotton pad this gives you a nice deep cleaning, revitalizes your carpets and your carpets dry within 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Whichever room I start in, is usually dry before I leave depending if, it's multiple rooms I'm cleaning. You will enjoy the fresh clean smell and the way your carpets look. Plus there is no soap (petroleum) in my solution. So, your carpets stay cleaner much longer. You will enjoy the fast effective and efficiencent way I clean carpets.. This way, you can get back to your life and not have to worry about the carpet... All of my client's are very happy and satisfied with the results just read my reviews... We had Michael come out today to clean our upstairs wall to wall carpeting in the primary bedroom and an office, the stairs, a carpet in the living room and a carpet in the family room. He did a fantastic job and true to his word, everything was pretty dry in about 1.5 hours. He moved furniture around too to get at the carpet. I would highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning needs you may have. He was quick to respond to our request and did great work!

Michael was here exactly when he said he'd be; he worked quickly yet thoroughly and our carpets were dry within 2 hours! They look several shades lighter because of the dirt he was able to remove. He even cleaned our area rugs for no charge. I can't recommend Mike enough for your carpet cleaning needs. Well done!!

Michael was wonderful from start to finish. He spent almost 2 hours cleaning a chair that he transformed! Will definitely be using Clean Touch Maintenance for any upholstery and carpet cleaning.

Mike was professional, personable, flexible, and efficient. His knowledge is extensive, allowing him to turn my aging, dirty, pet-stained carpets into a sparkling “like new” carpet. He did this in less time and with less cost than any other rug cleaner I’ve ever used before. We can be flexible at times but, once settled our price is our price and clients need to be realistic about the out come and neglect of there carpets... After putting them on a bi-yearly schedule, they become happier and happier with the results...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and walk the premise(s). I tell them what will and might not come out,. We talk price, come to a agreement, book the job and do or do the job right then and there for most residential jobs....
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Western Connecticut State University and majored in business in the Ancelle school of business; "The customer's always right"!!! Well, most times, unless they're unrealistic....
