The Pro used a drone to show the exact condition of the chimney from top to bottom. He preformed the repair and cleaning swiftly, as well as educated me on healthy fireplace/chimney care. I will continue to use Fireplace and Chimney Experts for maintenance.

I was very happy with my decision to hire this wonderful company. They came out to put a new chimney cap on and discovered my chimney had started to deteriorate. They then came out less than a week later to make the necessary repairs. The job came out neat and clean and was better than new. Additionally, the technician was always pleasant and helpful despite being up on the roof in the cold and rain. I can highly recommend this company for your chimney needs.

Al and Chris were great to work with. They called 20 min before their arrival and arrived shortly thereafter. Once here, they entered wearing shoe covers to protect our hardwood floors. They were professional as they explained what the problem was and what needed to be repaired. After they explained the issue, they replaced the motor and cleaned our gas fireplace. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this company.
