Raul is a LIFESAVER and I cannot recommend him enough. We were away on vacation when we received a call from our house sitter at 9:30PM on a Friday informing us that there is a bad leak under our kitchen sink. The water valves under the sink were totally stripped and he was not able to turn the water off. After making a few calls, we finally landed on Alpha Home Service and Raul. He answered our phone call and although he was literally walking out of his house to go on vacation as well, he agreed to stop by our house on the way out.
He stayed in communication with us throughout the service call and was able to diagnose the issue instantly and also replace two valves under the sink while he was there. Raul made sure we were aware of everything he was doing and was able to give us peace of mind even though we were a few states away.
We will absolutely be using Raul for any issues that may arise in the future - he was extremely professional and went out of his way for a brand new client! I can't recommend him enough.
