Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt in getting back to me and came out the next day. He told me what the problem was with my refrigerator and provide suggestions on what my options were. I am very pleased with his service. It’s hard to find people like Joe. Jose showed up promptly and fixed the issue in the same day. With the repair we received a 30 day warranty. Best of all is that I didn't feel like we were overcharged- another thumbtack company told me it would cost 3-4 times as much as what JAM charged. Also, the diagnostic fee was less and it was actually included in the repair cost- the other guy charges $100.00 just to diagnose.

He responded quickly after I reached out for help and set up an appointment right away. He showed up when promised. My husband was the only one home when he came and said he was very polite and did the job quickly and thoroughly.
