Update: so after 8 months or so, the leak was observed again in the recent heavy rain. The work was done nicely in Apr2024 and contract said one year warranty. We are still in the warranty period, I am requesting Javier to come and check why this leak happened at the same spot after 8-9month. Just to make sure everything is fine with the flashing/roof cricket. But they are not willing to come. That’s not accepted. We are still in the warranty period.
They worked really hard to solve my roof leak issues. And eventually came with the cricket flashing idea , which did the work. Thank you guys for your hard work

I would absolutely recommend JBC Construction. They did a site survey the same day as contacted, submitted a very reasonable price, gave a wonderful timeline, setup a very easy half cash app payment and within 3 days the job was done. I had gone through multiple contractors giving one excuse after another about why they couldn't do the job. Not JBC Construction. And the damn job looks amazing BTW.
You can completely trust this team. A+++ all day
