Rommel was excellent!! Very responsive and timely. He communicated well, showed up on time and quickly made repair. He was very professional and personable. He even put on shoe covers not to track anything into the house. Told him he didn’t need them but he wore them anyway. Really nice guy. I have saved his number for future reference. Thanks Rommel!!

After contacting Rommel Perez about a leaking hot water pipe, we agreed on a start time for the next morning. He arrived on time and with the correct replacement parts, based on pictures he asked me to send to him. He was very nice, polite, and friendly. Rommel did the job quickly and professionally, snd within the estimated cost. He explained what was being done, and why.
