My experience with Krissy goes back many years to recently. Her knowledge in training, nutrition and over all wellness exceeds any trainer I have ever trained with. She took 5 some what physically fit people and got us ready for the first Tough Mudder any of us have ever done. I have taken her insanity classes, boxing classes, Zumba, and personal training. I have not look back ever since. I have lost over 75 pounds and went down 3 dress sizes. I can also run 6 miles without feeling like I am dying. I have Krissy to thank for a all of this. By the way all of us completed the tough mudder course thanks to Krissy's encouraging words and support.
