My work stands out because of my unique approach to web design. I ask questions like "Who are your best customers? How old are they? What are their social habits?" and "What are you really selling? How do you communicate with and engage the community currently? How can you serve better?" I never talk about technology, most business owners don't care, they just want the phone to ring.
What I like most is being able to help other business owners figure out how to use the internet as a tool to market their businesses. It's exciting to see so many different kinds of businesses and learn the ins and outs of so many different industries.
