- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep it as simple as possible. One price for beer and wine, another for beer, wine and mixed drinks. Then of course it depends on the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, ask what, when and where their function will take place. Go over what their likes, dislikes, do's and don'ts, their budget to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a caterer with my sister, I have bartender at her functions and worked at several restaurants as a server and a bartender.
