I paid $250 for a deep cleaning service, which included an additional $50 tip for the urgent response. The total cost was $300. I was pleased because my smelly, empty room no longer smelled. However, this improvement only lasted for a few hours. The room remains empty, and there are no beds in any of the bedrooms. The dirty blankets and sheets were returned to my bed, and I made the beds myself. No dishes need to be washed, and none were left out. The entry table was not dusted on top or bottom, and the TV stand was not dusted or wiped down, nor were the end tables. The packed bedroom was not cleaned, and a previously vacuumed floor was re-vacuumed. The duster was used to brush over the tops of bottles on a dresser, but none were moved. On a positive note, the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned. I hung the curtain, placed the mats, and sorted the shelf. Nothing on the shelf was moved, wiped, or dusted, except for one basket. The basket smelled and looked clean but was not deep cleaned. The cleaning took approximately 6-8 hours, and I was charged for the deep cleaning service. I tipped because I was pleased that my smelly room no longer smelled for a moment.

Hello, A deep cleaning was not performed at your home because a deep cleaning service was not requested. During the appointment, we explained that your home would actually require a deep cleaning due to the level of dirt, clutter, and organization needed. However, the service requested was a regular cleaning, and we did our very best based on the service you booked. We also adjusted the price because the amount of work and organization required was significantly more than expected. At the end of the cleaning, you expressed that you were very happy with the results and mentioned that you loved the cleaning because you could clearly see the difference before and after our service. Now, several days after the appointment, we are receiving a different type of feedback than what was originally communicated to us. We always strive to provide the best service possible and to be transparent with our clients throughout the entire process. To clarify once again, we informed you that your home would need a deep cleaning, but we did not charge you for a deep cleaning service, nor was a deep cleaning performed. The service completed was a regular cleaning with additional time and effort due to the condition of the home. Thank you for your understanding.
