It is refreshing when a company does what it says it will. From the moment Hector showed up to price the job I was comfortable with him and his recommendations. I initially wanted gutter guards, but Hector explained to me my gutters were old and warped, and while the guards would help I would have to replace them in the next few years. I knew this because I was having issues with poor drainage and even to my naked eye some of the gutters weren’t pitched correctly. Hector priced the job for new gutters and guards. Jason texted and called me that day to set up installation and he texted me the confirmation after our conversation.
On the day of installation Jason and his team arrived when he said they would and began work immediately. Jason performed a walk around with me and I pointed out some concerns and he assured me they would handled, and they were. Jason and his team worked non-stop and beyond sunset to complete the job. The material used for the gutters and guards are top quality and Jason advised me to contact him if there were any concerns after the first rain with a video so he could come back and fix the issue. I will follow up after the first rain. Jason and his team left my property clean and free of any waste material. Although, it has not rained yet and I still have leaves on my trees (I will follow up after both occur, but I don’t anticipate any issues) I can honestly say without any reservation that anyone contemplating hiring Gutter Armor should do so. You will be happy with the material installed and the service and professionalism of Jason and his team.
