Ferdinand was very responsive and provided me with an instant quote over the phone based on the items I wanted him to pick up. He was very polite and professional. When I schedule with Ferdinand, we both agreed on the date and time he would remove my freezer and refrigerator. I even called him the morning of the appointment and he said he would be here. The agreed upon time came and went, I left him several messages which he has never returned. He is unreliable and he should be avoided.
