Brett was contracted to supply and install security cameras at my 60k sq.ft. warehouse. I chose SST, out of the 4 companies that submitted a quote, because of Brett's pricing, professionalism, and knowledge of the equipment. He was the only one that sent in his quote on the same day that he came out to look at the project. Once I gave him the go ahead, 100% of his focus was on it. I never got the feeling that he was rushing through it to get to the next project, which I am sure we can all agree is very common. After the job was complete, I needed some of the cameras adjusted and had some questions about the software. He came back, the day after I called, and stayed until everything was perfect.
