He was great. He didn't end up doing any repairs to my system but gave me very good information and was very knowledgeable about the system. Informed me that it would be more expensive to fix then to replace. He could of brought me for a loop but didn't. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I cant thank Guy Salvati of GR Mechanical enough. Another contractor did an absolutely terrible job on my hvac system. Guy diagnosed, repaired and worked very hard to get my system working great. He was fair, punctual and a complete professional!!

Guy was great. My old furnace died and I contacted him and he answered all of my questions and gave me a great price for a new furnace. He came right out and got the job done in a timely manner and came back to make sure everything was working correctly after the gas was turned on. I highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

Yes I have a flat rate system very simple a diagnostic fee find out problem and give repair and price options
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain the process of how things work showing the difference in a new parts over a broken one when needed. My explanation and system of options leaves my customers making educated decisions because they have learned something as well
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am state licensed and take part in continuous education making myself knowledgable in all the modern equipment and energy savings. I put myself out there to always learn new and innovative things
