AA-MSA Inspectors are certified members of ASHI ® - The American Society of Home Inspectors. ASHI certification is limited to those who demonstrate the highest level of skill and ability to recognize defects and successfully pass a day-long battery of written tests. ALL other inspector organizations allow membership to anyone who pays a fee! Anyone can advertise or be referred to as a "Home Inspector", even "licensed interns" who are still learning. Don't trust the Inspection of your new home or commercial property to an "intern" who is still learning. Call AA-MSA and get a professional with proven defect recognition skills derived from thousands of inspections and hands-on building experience developed over decades. Contact us for a free estimate and answers to all your questions before hand.
AA-MSA is the Buyer's Choice because we work exclusively for you to find defects and conditions of obsolescence that can cost you thousands. Joe was very thorough during the inspection, spending well over 2 hours going through all components and systems. His report was extensive and full of pointers on future maintenance and recommended actions to take, either now or in the future.

Very fast and responsive, my inspector was very friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain everything he found and ways that it could be fixed which I greatly appreciated. At the end I was quickly mailed a book with photos and a detailed report, i would definitely recommend

Joe responded quickly to my inquiry and offered a fair price for the inspection. He explained everything as I walked around with him and offered suggestions on items to fix before listing the property for sale. Would definitely use him again.

We hired AA-MSA to conduct a home inspection prior to purchasing a home. We reached out to a few companies but AA-MSA was the most responsive and provided great value. Our home inspector was Rich M. He was punctual and was wearing a polo shirt with the company's name properly showing his affiliation. He also introduced himself and gave us a brief summary of what he will be doing and what we should expect. He was very knowledgeable and personable and we felt safe around him. We moved to another portion of the home so that he could conduct his inspection alone. When he was done with the basement, he called us and showed us issues, level of seriousness, and what to expect if not mitigated, as well as possible solutions. Rich did this with every level of the home, showing us the issues and providing an explanation and solutions. He took his time to ensure that every corner of the home was inspected. He also answered all of our questions. We received the inspection report the following day. The report was very detailed and definitely assisted in our decisions with the home-buying process. The company also reached out after the inspection to check on our experience. Highly recommended.
Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge our services.
It was a pleasure working with you

He answered quickly, was professional and very detailed in our inspection. Still waiting to close next month. He was even flexible with reschedule due to sellers not getting back to us in time. He was great! Definitely recommend

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Buyer advocate, AA-MSA inspectors work for you to find defects and conditions of obsolescence that can cost you thousands. We meet with you on the day of inspection and in easy to understand terms, we point out the defects and obsolescence that could lead to failure and thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses. Plus we provide a cost estimate of costs. Buyers often use our inspection report repair estimate to win concessions from the sellers. Then for as long as you own the property, we are available to provide you with guidance on maintenance and repairs. This "guidance" is free of charge for as long as you own the property!
