- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. Price = Square footage + Material + Travel + Tax. An hourly rate is also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, customers can reach out via message, email or phone call. I usually get back to people within 2 days. I can answer simple questions about my services. I may be able to ballpark a price with basic information, however I can not guarantee a price without physically seeing the job and meeting the owner. Once I see the job, I provide a proposal with the estimate via email. The new customer can decide to accept the proposal, which can be done electronically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of experience in construction. I have completed a lead safety course and both commercial and residential safety courses, through work with larger companies.
