I can tell you one thing. My daughter’s ride canceled one day before her prom. They called me right away and offered there services. I think that is priceless. Especially during such a stressful time. Could not find any other limousines at last minute. Although I made other arrangements I respect the expedient response during this emergency. Definitely catching this ride for my birthday coming up. Thank you Luxury and Comfort!

I hired Luxury & Comfort's limo service for my daughter's prom. From the get-go L&C stood out to me, for their timely responsiveness and for their transparency regarding pricing. Where other limo companies gave me one price to lure me in and then mentioned in the fine print all the "extras," L&C gave me the TOTAL price from the start, which included the drive, taxes, gratuity, and water/sodas/ice in the limo for the kids. I felt good about my choice, and this was only reaffirmed when their driver, Edward, arrived at the pickup spot and called to let me know he was ready anytime but not to rush the kids with their pre-prom photos. The limo had bluetooth connectivity so the kids could listen to the music they wanted to, and fun LED lighting and "champagne" glasses for their sodas to make them feel like royalty. It was a rainy night, and Edward was helpful with umbrellas, and communicated with my daughter at the end of the prom regarding where he'd be waiting for the group to take them home. Everything went off without a hitch, and the kids had a blast. I will definitely call on Luxury & Comfort when it's my son's turn to go to prom!
