- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is pretty standard. We calculate things like miles, fuel, equipment and labor. But a very important measurement when pricing or estimating is, TIME.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to first establish communication. If we can not determine an accurate quote via the description hen we would suggest a walk trough. Once the walk through is done, we usually call back within 24 hours with a price for the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We at C & A Movers have been in the moving business for 5 years. We noticed some of the inefficiencies in some of our early employers and utilize our know of this to hlp us better serve our customers.
