- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am definitely worth my fee, and it is reasonable and within the market rate for my expertise and my geographic location. I don’t offer discounts, and the only extra fees would be for cancellation or rescheduling a lesson 48 hours prior to the lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to find out what are your goals and desires, implement a schedule and a curriculum that is engaging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in piano performance, and have taught mostly at the college level. Universities: Yale, Southern Connecticut State University, Hartt School of Music, New England Conservatory, Boston College, Tufts. I also lead a summer program for middle and high school students in Music Theater.
