- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't believe cost should be a barrier to improved fitness and health, and I'm proud to offer services that would be affordable to any budget. Programs can range from a remote custom made plan delivered through the train Heroic app. to your phone for just a few dollars a month to small group classes, or individualized one on one training where I travel to your location. Bottom line, we are willing to work with anyone on pricing to get you in the game!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been a life long athlete myself, and I have always relied on tough and effective physical training to give me an edge on the competition. I honestly enjoy the hard work. I spent nearly the next ten years in the military working with the Marines and various special operations units in other branches. I was fortunate enough to be in a position where I was able to develop and implement physical training programs for service members preparing for assessments, routine fitness test, and preparation for challenging schools and coures After a time in the service I gained some experience coaching collegiate level athletes and a handful of professional athletes. I got into personnel training because I realized that using physical training as a vehicle to improve all areas of your life didn't just apply to soldiers or high level athletes, but had far reaching benefits for all.
