- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Platter Matters LLC got established in 2010. We are located in Norwalk, CT and serving Fairfield & Westchester Counties. Every quote is different. It depends on the type of event / number of ppl/ theme and budget. We try our best to work around our client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do send an estimate than have a phone conversation that follows a personal meeting or a written Event Agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Platter Matters are studied and trained in Europe and in the USA in CT with a degree of Hotel Management/ Catering. Serve safe certified Bartender certification
