We worked with Platter Matters Staffing for our wedding reception and we couldn’t be happier!! They were highly responsive and easy to work with. They made sure everything was taken care of at the reception. After hiring them, I didn’t worry about anything in regards to the staffing at the reception. We hired them for waitstaff and bartending. They were very nice to our day of coordinator and guests. I would be happy to work with them again!

Ivett and her team really worked hard to make things right at my event. A few..OK a lot of hiccups did nothing to frazzle them. I really appreciate the time and effort they took into making my night a success. I shudder to think what may have happened if I had gone with someone else. Truly grateful!

Ivette's attention to detail and professionalism was impressive to say the least. She was the key to the bridal shower that I hoster at my house with 30 guests. I booked Platter Matters in last minute for our Gallery Opening Ceremony and it was a great experience. Bernadett could manage the staffing for everything according to our needs and she offered a variety of finger food choices and everything went off beautifully.

Platter Matters LLC got established in 2010. We are located in Norwalk, CT and serving Fairfield & Westchester Counties.
Every quote is different. It depends on the type of event / number of ppl/ theme and budget. We try our best to work around our client's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do send an estimate than have a phone conversation that follows a personal meeting or a written Event Agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Platter Matters are studied and trained in Europe and in the USA in CT with a degree of Hotel Management/ Catering.
