Introduction: Platter Matters Catering was established in 2010 & is based in Fairfield, CT provides highly trained servers, professional bartenders & the finest quality food, first class service and attention to every detail. We are very detailed and very organized with a highly trained staff which is key to exceed the expectations of our clients and to being a successful caterer. Everything can be planned and coordinated through our Special Event Planning Coordinators who will happily craft a totally customized menu to suit your unique theme or special gathering so that your event reflects your style. Bernadett was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job helping me prepare and plate our food and do all the dishes by hand! We hired her team for Christmas Day. When the person on her team called in sick, Bernadett showed up herself, leaving her family at home on the holiday. We couldn't thank her enough for making sure our party went smoothly and going above and beyond. We will definitely use Platter Matters again in the future.

Platter Matters is such a great service provider. Setting up a contract was easy and I never felt pushed or coerced into anything I didn’t want for my big day. They sent Ted and Rob and they were both magnificent. They were funny, kind, attentive and just plain awesome. I would have them for another event in a heart beat. If you need bartenders these are the ones you should call. Great job Platter Matters as well as Ted and Rob! You made our special day perfect.

Platter Matters LLC got established in 2010. We are located in Norwalk, CT and serving Fairfield & Westchester Counties. Every quote is different. It depends on the type of event / number of ppl/ theme and budget. We try our best to work around our client's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do send an estimate than have a phone conversation that follows a personal meeting or a written Event Agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Platter Matters are studied and trained in Europe and in the USA in CT with a degree of Hotel Management/ Catering. Serve safe certified Bartender certification
